THIN & CRISPY AT COPENHAGEN FASHION WEEK // DAY 1

One wouldn't normally associate nordic countries with sweltering humidity and blazing heat but the sun has been out , crisping the edges of our skin nicely. But I shouldn't complain, because we wouldn't want it any other way - there is something so magical about Copenhagen in the summer.
Everyone's eating/drinking outside, the city is buzzing, with every outdoor bar and cafe filled to the brim. Canal sides packed with deckchairs, people enjoying their proseccos and Tuborgs in the city squares and theres not a raincoat or umbrella in sight.

After a full day of shows (Lovechild 1979, Barbara I Gongini and Veronica B Vallenes and meetings at the trade shows we headed off to a lovely little restaurant called Fiat in Kongens Nytorv. Authentic Italian cuisine (as good as any restaurant in Naples) and managed to grab a little table outside to do some serious people watching and enjoy the sunset.

 Pancetta and fried potato pizza with aioli dressing. Mouth wateringly good, especially if you like salty food ;)

We watched the beautiful pink light hit the city buildings as the sun went down.

After our bellies were full of pizza we headed off to the Wali Mohammed Barrech SS15 show held in a carpark within walking distance from where we were. Jump here for more pics on that one.

If you are ever in Copenhagen I would highly recommend this one. The interior inside is also just divine, and well worth a visit and a munch on their delicious pizzas.
