Wow! cant believe its been 3 months since my last post. I guess I shouldn't feel bad about this - I don't have any official followers other than my husband, close friends and family but still there is a feeling of guilt when you feel you haven't followed through on something. I set out to do this blog as a creative outlet alongside my design and styling work. I have been incredibly busy shooting these past few months so with managing that and a family it doesn't leave much time to blog.
What a better way to kick off the blog again by announcing that THERES A BUN IN THE OVEN! Our nest is growing, and we will expecting another little baby Saul on the 21st March 2015. (Another reason why I have been so silent on the blog :) I have spent the past 3 months feeling utterly exhausted and generally feeling a bit yucky. )
a little pic of the growing bump.. 22 weeks today.
I am back now feeling much better and have all my energy back. Have been dying to post on here so you will be seeing a lot of me now and the adventures we have been having.
Our little angel turned 3 this week so had a great time preparing for that. A lego theme was what he wanted and a lego theme is what he got. Its always emotional on his birthdays - firstly its a reminder just how quickly time goes by and two because you will never forget the birth of your child - it has been one of the most magical and (demanding) experiences of my life and I am so fortunate to have had a wonderful time watching my son grow into a beautiful little human being.
Henry helped me make the party bags. I will do a tutorial but all you need is some coloured foam sheets, a pair of scissors, some glue and coloured paper bags..
Cake pops are one of my favourite things to make and I will definitely post my recipe on here and the tricks I have learnt along the way.
