FAMILY PHOTOSHOOT WITH HONEY + OATS PHOTOGRAPHY // SPECIAL OFFER FOR READERS

School holidays is almost over and while I have been tearing my hair out and chasing my tail and feeling generally overwhelmed with keeping up with blog posts, managing to do 3 meals a day and create fun activities and memorable moments for them, I know I will look back in disappointment that I didn't take the time to enjoy the moments more. I will never get this time back. Every day I notice how much my boys are growing and just how quickly its passing us by when you spend too much time worrying about the small things and getting too caught up in everyday life. What better way than to keep time standing still then in some lovely photographs to cherish forever?

This has been a pinnacle year for us as a family. Henry starts school in September, Oscar started walking, we bought our first house together and we recently found out we are expecting baby number 3 to the family. So I thought I would mark the occasion by getting some pictures taken by the lovely Sophie at Honey & Oats Photography

To make things easier for ourselves, we grabbed a picnic blanket, a big box of M&S goodies and cakes and set off for the park in the hope that we may get some nice shots and the boys wouldn't totally be put off by the idea of a photoshoot.

We had an absolute blast and in the short 40 mins we had - I was blown away by how many magical shots Soph was able to capture. The boys absolutely loved it, there was not a moment where they were bored or having a tantrum and Sophie has a brilliant way of keeping things easy and light-hearted.

Here are just some of the amazing shots that Sophie was able to capture for us.

Honey & Oats Photography have kindly offered a deal to all my readers and if you decide to book a family, maternity or newborn session with her simply mention The Secret Hoarder and you will receive a free print of your choice.

  2. Time flies really fast, but memories stay forever. The best way to preserve memories is through pictures. When our children will grow up into adults and live on their own, we can look up to these pictures and cherish the memories.
